
Booking Policy:
To cancel or reschedule your vacation please contact us no later than within 30 days of your stay.
In cases of a special situation, this policy may be reconsidered.
All bookings require a $250 refundable security deposit and a rental agreement that will need to be signed and returned to ensure your dates are booked. After your stay, once the cleaning crew has inspected the home, your security deposit will be processed for return. In the event of damages, you will be notified of any changes in your security deposit refund.
We have a pet policy (50 lbs or less) with a $50 non-refundable pet deposit.
Pets are welcome, but you will need to notify us when booking your stay if any will be with you.
In the event you do not notify us of pets, there will be a $100 fee deducted from your security deposit.
2 parking passes are included with each rental. If additional passes are required, it must be stated in your rental agreement or we must be notified with a minimum of 5 days before your stay so that additional arrangements can be made.
